Refunds

- A scheduling error occurs on our end
Refunds are not issued for:
- No-shows
- Last-minute cancellations
- Delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, facility delays)
Prepaid services may be credited toward future rides.

Service may be refused if a rider:
- Poses a safety risk
- Is verbally or physically aggressive

12. Service Area
Capital Care Transport LLC provides transportation services within:
Albany and Upstate NY Counties
Additional areas may be served upon request. Long-distance trips may require advance notice and additional fees.
13. Safety & Infection Control
